The aluminum vent is also no-rust, and provides airflow to give you temperature control. The built-in thermometer allows you to keep track of the heat level. Weber emphasizes in promotion that the One-Touch Gold 26-3/4" can withstand the elements. The premium steel used on the bowl and lid of the One-Touch Gold 26-3/4" is porcelain-enameled, and the wheels are crack-proof all-weather. The three nylon handles are glass reinforced, and Weber cautions that you should always wear a barbecue mitt to protect yourself from the heat when lifting the lid. The Tuck-Away lid holder allows you to easily move the lid to the side when you want to check on your food. The stainless steel cooking grate is hinged, so that you can easily lift it to add and remove charcoal briquets.
