Sun Jar
$29.60
Released August, 2006
The Pros:Light is soft and attractive, light has a warm feeling to it. Can be placed anywhere, no need for special placement. Design is long lasting, can be re-charged over and over.
The Cons:Light is meant to be ambient, can't read by it. Runs out of energy fairly quickly. Needs prolonged exposure to direct sun to work.
Let the sunshine in. The Sun Jar consists of some batteries, an LED light and a solar cell. It 'collects' and stores sunlight throughout the day so that once the sun goes down you don't have to go without.
