It has a built-in image processing feature that detects and brightens facial regions and reduces red-eye, and it also has an HDMI output connection that allows images to be displayed on a compatible HDTV. Other features include both clock and calendar modes, a rotation sensor that displays images in their correct orientation, and a remote control for easier browsing. Playback options include still image, slideshow, and index, and there is a thumbnail navigation interface as well.
