Singer 7412

$349.00 Released February, 2010

Product Shot 1 The Pros:It's a great machine for new users! I've had it for 6 years, and love it!!

The Cons:Not worth purchasing. Cheap contruction.

The Singer 7412 is a sewing machine built to be easy to thread and operate. This is similar to the Singer 7442 in frame construction, the use of a Class 15J bobbin, and with the same stitching patterns, but the bobbin system and threading is handled differently.

A drop and sew bobbin system works with an automatic needle threader to enable fast loading and setup of a new thread, and the SwiftSmart threading system is used to keep the feed at an appropriate tension for best results while stitching. A total of 30 stitch patterns are available and can be selected using an LED enabled selector panel, and the length and width of every stitch can be adjusted with simple sliders. The body of the machine is constructed with a heavy duty metal frame, which is used to prevent skips in the stitching.
