The Plantable Calendar is a monthly desk calendar made of paper you can plant after the month is done. The calendar page is actually a sheet of wildflower seeds that you can grow indoors by placing the sheet under a thin layer of soil and giving it the requisite water and sunlight.

Seed Paper

The type of paper used for the Plantable Calendar is seed paper, which is embedded with wildflower seeds. The types of flowers you can find are: Bird's Eye, Clarkia, Coreopsis, Poppy, Catchfly and Snap Dragon.

The Plantable Calendar was designed by Canadian artist, Kal Barteski. Barteski is known for her eclectic style and commitment to art as a lifestyle choice. She has her own design studio called iDeaMonsters.
