Product Shot 2

Like all OutdoorChef grills, the 420 has the patented flip-funnel technology. Using the kettle with the funnel in its normal position, this unit cooks like a convection oven. This allows the chef in question to cook a wide variety of foods and meals that most traditional BBQs cannot recreate.

The inner funnel can be reversed however to create direct heat. This position is designed for searing steaks and fishes, being the more “traditional” use of the BBQ.

An example of its cooking range includes; chicken, ribs, stir fry, pizza, bread(baking), steaks, burgers, steamed vegetables, searing fish, fried vegetables, etc.

The Grill is made of steel with a coated enamel paint finish. Cooking temperatures range between 250-700 degrees (depending upon funel settings), with an average heating time of around 5-15 minutes.

The unit can be hooked up to both small and large gas canisters with purchase of an adaptor.

Accessories are available for this unit if the Chef in question wishes to perfect certain meals and foods.
