The Pros:Change public TV stations to something more interesting. Inexpensive - $10. Mess with friends and family.
The Cons:Kind of pointless. How often do you really need a remote on your keychain?
It's time to take control of your television (or someone else's) with the Ninja Remote. This tiny little remote can change the volume, the channel, and the power. To get started, simply point the remote at the TV and hold down the mute button for a few seconds.

Soulbow:
#ninja_remote I use it to change the channel to ESPN during the morning show at my high school, as well as bringing some fun to my Algebra II class. It works great. I also turn off the cafeteria televisions. Pretty good range as well.

#ninja_remote I don't know about this one. I've seen similar devices on watches. Big deal....unless there is a ninja involved somehow, but I doubt it.
