There is a 6 pass broil element and the 6 pass hidden bake element prevents damage or stuck on food. There are two full width racks and one split rack. The ceramic top has two 6", one 7" and one 9" heating elements as well as a dual 9"/12" element which varies depending on the size of pan being used. Each element has 25 radiant heat settings, and there is also a warming zone. Rather than conventional knobs, the oven and stove top are controlled by a keypad with a IntuiTouch control sytem which is displayed using a IntuiScroll scrolling display. Not only is this key pad visually appealing, it is also easy to use and easy to clean. The oven interior is self-cleaning with 2,3 and 4hr variable cleaning times. There is a warming drawer below the oven with 5 temperature settings (131°F, 149°F, 167°F, 185°F, 203°F). Other oven features include delay clean, delay bake, cook & warm, proofing and automatic shut-off after 12 hours.
