IKEA Leirvik Bed

$99.99 Released January, 2011

Product Shot 1The IKEA Leirvik Bed is an inexpensive bedframe designed so that separately purchased IKEA underbed storage boxes can be fit underneath it. Featured is a head, a footboard, and bed sides made from steel and covered in a pigmented epoxy/polyster powder coating.

Then there’s the midbeam, which has been constructed out of galvanized steel. The IKEA Leirvik Bed is available in three sizes, including Queen, King, and Full. According to many reviewers, it’s sturdy and more than capable of handling two lightweight individuals or one heavyweight person. Note also that a box-spring isn’t necessary with the Leirvik Bed. It’s dependent on the look the user is trying to achieve.
