Product Shot 1 The Pros:Touch sensitive screen is responsive, don't have to press hard or press twice. Nice extra functionality with the remote control, nice to have a second thermostat. Plenty of advanced options for experienced installers to take advantage of.

The Cons:Needs a 24v power supply, not always pre-wired behind the existing thermostat. Relays are pretty loud, can't be adjusted quieter.

The Honeywell Prestige HD is one of two 7-day programmable thermostats (Prestige HD, Prestige HD Comfort) released in 2009. As the base unit of the pair, the Prestige HD hosts a high-definition, full color touchscreen display coupled with an interview-based programming system.
