Hamilton Beach Stainless Steel Professional Iron (14551)

The Hamilton Beach Stainless Steel Professional Iron (14551) is an entry-level iron that builds from the Hamilton Beach Smart Grip Iron (14431). It hosts a more durable and longer 9-1/2” stainless steel soleplate and a 1500W ‘engine’ designed for ultra-fast heatups.

Like its predecessor, it relies on a spray/blast/vertical-steam system that that uses steam to improve the ironing process. Included also are a variety of control options (adjustable steam, temperature, etc) so that users can better customize the unit for their clothes. Additional features include a Soft Grip handle, automatic shutoff in case the unit is left on and idle, and a viewable water reservoir.
