Its grill is fixed to the body and has two non-stick coatings, as well as an angled surface to allow fat to drain into an included drip tray. The drip tray and spatula (also included) are both safe for washing in a dishwasher. Its only other feature is a pre-heat indicator light and integrated lip handle.
