Its grill area is big enough for three portions, and it has a floating hinge that can be locked in order to broil food. The top of the grill and the U-handle stay cool while the grill is in use. Each plate is covered with three non-stick layers to make butter or oil unnecessary, and the surface is slanted to catch fat drippings.
