The single/multi-rack convection bake uses True European convection to give ideal airflow and consistent heat to all of the three heavy-duty self cleaning racks. An added panel on the bottom of the oven hides the lower element for a cleaner appearance as well as protection of the element. The lower oven offers an additional 1.2 cu. ft. of capacity, bringing the total capacity to 6.5 cu. ft., and provides baking from 140 to 450 degrees. The TrueTemp system delivers even heat distribution and gives maximum control over the oven temperature giving better and more predictable baking and broiling results, while the easy to use QuickSet VI oven controls allow precise cooking temperatures. Oven cooking modes include convection bake multi/single rack and convection roast. Other oven features include dual element bake, a 6-pass power bake element, auto recipe conversion, convection conversion, proof mode, warm mode, delay bake and an oven meat probe to name a few. This is a self cleaning oven with auto self clean and delay clean options. The smoothtop surface has two 7" and one 6" elements, as well as a 6"/9"/12" element which varies depending on the size of pan being used. There is also a 6" warming zone and the bridge element allows odd shaped or rectangular pans to be used as well. All models come with a convection cookbook/guide and cleaning accessories.
