Product Shot 2 You can use the high mode (150 lumens) when you need bright light, and this mode will last for up to two hours and fifteen minutes on two AA batteries. The low mode (48 lumens) will last for eleven hours. The light is equipped with reverse polarity protection, which means that the light will work even if the batteries have been installed backwards, without any damage. As durability is another focus of the E21 flashlight, its body is comprised of aircraft-grade type-III hard-anodized aluminum. This body protects the light from drop damage up to 1.5 meters. The Fenix E21 flashlight is also waterproof to the IPX-8 standard.
