DeLonghi RO2058

$100.00 Released September, 2007

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Solid build quality--the door opens smoothly, fittings are metal instead of plastic.

The Cons:Tops out at 390 degrees for baking. The rack guides make the tray teeter/pivot if it isn't fully in place. Doesn't handle toast well, dries it out a lot.

The DeLonghi RO2058 is a mid-grade convection oven designed to provide a larger cooking capacity than most small size toaster ovens. The DeLonghi RO2058 borrows from the stylish body design and look of their Kitchen Collection appliances; the device features a brushed stainless steel exterior with matte black accents.

The RO2058 model features a large cooking space that DeLonghi claims will fit a "12 inch pizza and 6 slices of toast". The RO2058 oven includes an interior light so users can easily monitor cooking and a 7 minute timer with an automatic shut-off setting. The DeLonghi RO2058 includes multiple temperature and cooking settings; bake, broil, toast, slow bake, convection fan/bake, rotisserie or keep warm.

The DeLonghi RO2058 convection oven includes additional features such as a rotisserie spit that allows users to bake poultry, a two level oven which allows cooking of multiple food types at one time, and an "easy to clean" design thanks to the non-stick interior, removable crumb tray, and non-stick bake pan for use with the rotisserie and baking.
