The DeLonghi CGH800 borrows from the same style as their own Kitchen Collection appliances; more specifically it's manufacturer with a chrome/ stainless steel exterior design. The CGH800 features height-adjustable hinges that conform to any food size; allowing users a large selection of foods to grill and press. The CGH800 also features a fully adjustable thermostat to cook foods at varying temperatures and a combination of unique heating elements and aluminum plates that are manufactured to distribute heat evenly.
The DeLonghi CGH800 contact grill and press includes additional features such as an on/off indicator light, a unique upright safety locking system for storage that stands up against a wall and includes a cord wrap, and what DeLonghi claims to be a "large" cooking surface to accommodate more food needs. DeLonghi additionally claims the CGH800 toaster oven is "easy to clean" thanks to a oil and grease drain cup and a die-cast non-stick grill plate.
