Cuisinart SmartPower SPB-7CH
$80.00
Released March, 2007
The Pros:Lasts for years at a time without showing signs of wear. Crushes ice cubes very quickly, no danger of damaging the blades. Blends smoothies into a soft and smooth texture every time.
The Cons:Takes some time before you're used to how to take it apart for cleaning. If not reassembled just right you end up with a big mess. Has an odd odor at first due to chemicals used in manufacturing evaporating - goes away eventually.
