Product Shot 2 Incorporating no more than 8 charcoal briquettes, this griller can cook for an average temperature of 400 degree over a time frame of three hours. Because of the inner design, heat transfer is very efficiently used.

The Cobb Premier is a virtually smokeless grill, given the inner design allowing fats to dip away from the charcoal. The unit is also safe for table top environments as the base of the unit will never get warm while the interior can be as hot as 470 degrees.

An example of its cooking range includes; chicken, ribs, stir fry, pizza, bread(baking), steaks, burgers, steamed vegetables, searing fish, fried vegetables, etc.

The Cobb premier is made in stainless steel ( a version called the Cobb Pro is made using a coated enamel metal at the base) and is highly durable compared to most portable BBQs.

Accessories are available for this unit if the Chef in question wishes to perfect certain meals and foods.
