Breville The Smart Oven BOV800XL

The Breville The Smart Oven BOV800XL is an 1800 watt countertop oven with a number of functions built in for ease of use. The heating elements are adjusted automatically through an Element IQ process to cook food more evenly, even while one of the 9 presets are being used.

A separate button is set aside specifically to defrost frozen foods. Two dials are used to access the controls of the oven, and a large backlit LCD displays timer and temperature information. A convection option decreases cooking time by as much as 30%. When food is being removed, an Auto-Rack Eject function allows for easier removal of hot items without accidentally touching the inside of the oven. To ensure that the exterior of the oven is safe, the door has an insulated dual wall and glass window.
