The Cons:Plastic cutting guard really reduces visibility of what you're cutting. Some thinner materials require more pressure than expected when cutting. Safety off switch must be held down through duration of cut, and is awkwardly positioned.

The Black & Decker CHS6000 is a cordless powered hand saw, or "handisaw", offered by Black & Decker. This cordless, convinient saw is capable of cutting almost anything, anytime, anywhere including thin metal, 1" wood, plastic and drywall.

  The tool-free blade change makes changing between the included wood and metal cutting blade quick and easy, and it accepts any standard jig saw blade.  Its lightweight and cordless design make it ideal for tight and awkward to reach areas. The saw is charged on the included wall mountable charger, and as a reference, is capable of cutting 200 1/2" oak dowels on one charge.
