The grill is specifically designed for high class; in-home use and is modeled after Alfresco's many professional restaurant grills' being used all over the country. The AGBQ-30 model comes available in two separate versions; a propane enabled grill and a natural gas enabled grill (Propane $2,599; Natural $2,599). The Alfresco AGBQ-30 jumbo grill features two extremely high temperature main burners (steel) that produce a total of 55,000 BTUs of heat which means the entire device can preheat to over 1000 degrees Fahrenheit within minutes. Also included is a rotisserie complete with a heavy duty motor fully equipped with dual 15,000 BTU burners, and a smoker equipped with a 7,000 BTU burner and wood accessory drawer. Other available burners that are optional include a "Sear Zone" ceramic infrared burner (27,500 BTU), and two additional infrared 27,500 BTU ceramic burners. The entire AGBQ-30 grill provides a maximum 542 square inches of grilling space. The AGBQ-30 model grill includes additional accessories such as a fully removable warming rack, and an easy to use push button ignition system with a completely sealed 9v power source so the ignition won't be damaged during cleaning.
